Piano roll is inaccurate

For some reason, whenever I'm using either piano instrument, when use the piano roll the C sounds like a D# and the A sounds like a C, etc.

What do I do to fix this?

All of the notes are three semitones off? If that's it, I think I know what might help. Click on the instrument in the song editor to open it's window, then go down to the bottom where the little keyboard is. There should be a green light thing above one of the A keys. Try moving it three semitones to the right and see if that fixed it.
