Some songs not playing sound anymore (Windows 7)

I've been using lmms for a few months now and earlier today decided it was time to organize and condense all of my samples into 5 separate folders. The problem is that now most of my songs don't produce any sound when I hit play, while some of my songs still work fine. Any ideas?

Your problem is nasty :/

autch... not a good decision after you have made projects!
Each AudioFileProcessor AFP

that plays each sample, has each a link to the file-path-structure, (The middle of the UI, the folder symbol) that you was using when the AFP was inserted in your project. By reorganizing your samples, you scrambled these references, and lmms cant auto-create new ones. Im afraid you will have to manually find and reload each sample for each of the AFPs that no longer 'know' where their sample now is located.
AND !!
Your general Settings path to the samples, also must be valid!!
