I have been working on a new epic orchestral song for a few days now, I saved it and the .mmpz file is fine, but I can't open it on my computer. The problem has nothing to do with LMMS, it's my laptop. My laptop has 6 GB of RAM so I'm not sure why LMMS crashes when I try to open it. I had to open the file on my laptop because I originally started it on my desktop which has only 2 GB of RAM and couldn't handle the project anymore. I'm wondering whether anyone has LMMS 1.1.9 so that they can try to open the file for me? I can send it to anyone who can open the file and export it as a .midi so I can open it again. I will have to start all over again, but at least I'll have the notes to start from again. I don't know whether that would work, so any other suggestions would be appreciated.
The project uses:
30+ instrument tracks
multiple effects
the Sonatina Symphonic Orchestra Sound library
the Taiko Drums .sfz plugin
Sforzando .sfz file host
...and I can't remember what else.
If you don't have any of these, you might run into problems, but I have no idea of what to do.
I don't want to lose all my work.

I found out a way to fix the problem and I can open the file now - but only after a huge overhaul to my laptop. Now in the process of reloading 40 or so VST instruments. Can't wait to finish this song, I included some epic drums in this track this time....
