Clicks in the export

Hello users!
I recently started playing with ZynaddSubFx and made a Dubstep Drop with a Growl, a Lead and a Saw made in zyn. All the other instruments made with 3xOsc.
But when I export the track there are some "clicks" in the track. My master channel doesn't go into the red btw.

What export settings did you use?

If you use mute and export one track at time, is there still noise?

Just found out, its a sample where a little click is at the end
