MY MUSIC FROM LMMS AFTER A YEAR OF PRACTICE!!!

It's been a year from when I first downloaded "LMMS" and took it seriously. I had no real musical training but i was determined to be at least half of the destination i dreamed of. I'm very excited for where i am now though I still have a long way to go. But all things considered I have learned alot and here is some of my music I made with "LMMS" in the recent months. Hope you guys like it. I could really use some feedback since i don't get alot of traffic and don't know what others think of my music so far.

But anyways to anyone just getting started, don't give up. The reward is well worth the work and practice.

It's pretty awesome. I like it.
I recommend using some more samples/instruments, you know, to spice it up a bit.

Geez this song is top-heavy, there's hardly any bass to it. You got some great melodies that you've written, but this song really needs some serious work on the balancing. Especially with those instruments that come in at the 1:17 mark--they're almost unbearably loud. But all in all, this song has a very good video-game themed sound to it. It just needs that balancing.

Keep it up though! I've been only doing this for a year and just like you, I've learned a lot and have a long way to go!

Pretty awesome track! I like the sorta chill feel to it, and those were some pretty cool synths, I've been doing LMMS for about 4 months now, also with no music training. I'd have to agree with what Jacoby said, it lacks a nice deep bass. It feels empty. Other than that good work!
