I just completed my first original piece!

Hello, LMMS fans!

After about two weeks of playing with this piece, I have finished it once and for all! It's my first original, so please give feedback. (This is trance, right? I'm going to feel a little dumb if I mislabeled it).

You have done fine here, i like that douched soft arpeggio sound, and the melody is good. You should continue work on this, and first and foremost work more with the percussion. Then you can start adding other parts to your piece, witch for 2 mins is indeed short. But its a fine start.
Genrewise i really thought of symphonic-rock. Your piece does remind of a pink-floyd'ish intro

Yeah, the beat is a little too simple at the moment. I will keep the kick I have now but I will add another one, perhaps a soft snare. I don't want it to be too complicated.
I have also challenged myself to use nothing but custom-made ZynAddSubFx presets, so wish me luck on that.

I will admit, I can hear a cool trance vibe in it.

Hello again!

I've made an extended version of Joyous Waves!! Better percussion has been added, the track is longer than the last (thanks to Texxiliator, because he allowed me to edit his notes from his remix of Joyous Waves) and another synth has been created!
