Tempo?

Hi! Just wanted to ask, I am at a part in my song where I would like to speed up the drums or add different speeds of tempo in my song for speed up and build up purposes, the problem is even if I put my beat and whatnot to max notes I cant seem to make them go any faster. There's also a part in the song I'm making where I want it to speed up for awhile then slow back down... Is there a easy way to do this? Could some one please explain this to me, thank you guys so much!

You can do it by creating automation track for tempo, if I understood you right.

Did you know that you can double click where you add the notes in the beat/bassline editor to open up a piano roll, like you can in the song editor?

Wait! I didn't know that you could link the automation track to the Tempo thingy at the top of the Lmms screen.
Wait..............I'm not sure, but I think that's in the Lmms 0.4.12 PDF too.
