Right channel missing in LMMS

Hello,
I'm running LMMS 0.4.10 (Linux/i386,Qt 4.8.0, GCC 4.6.2) on Ubuntu Studio 10.4. I'm having a weird problem. While I was playing a song I composed the right channel stopped playing. When I try to export it to a .WAV I get a few seconds of stereo, then the right channel stops playing. I opened the wave file in Audacity and the right channel stops after a few seconds. I've tried to export many times and the right channel stops at different points ( anywhere from 3 seconds to 10 seconds ). I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but my soundcard is an Intel ICH7. I've spent hours on Google, browsed the LMMS wiki, and searched this forum for solutions. Any help would appreciated. I really like this application and I think I could do some cool stuff if I can get it working properly.

That is an old release, and there has been several updates. Current production release is LMMS 0.4.13.
-But I doubt that the stereo problem is version dependent, though -but you should upgrade!
You have this one song, where the stereo is bugded- right?
If you creates a completely ned project, and only uses the 3oc called 'default-preset, in the song-editor. What then?
Do you have correct 'stereo' then? (eg output in both channels)
If so, the problem is not with either your hardware, or lmms, but simply something gone wrong in that one project. Could be the 'song-global-automation', but first tell us if you have correct stereo, and can pan correctly in a clean new project

I followed musicbear's advice and created a new project. I was able to pan left and right in the default preset track, the beat/bassline track, as well as the individual instruments in the beat/bassline window. My guess is that my project got corrupted somehow. I'm also going to follow the advice that I should upgrade. Hopefully 0.4.13 won't have any issues. Thanks for the help.

Yep, and now lets see if it can be repaired.
Open the project and browse to the preset that has the problem.
In song-editor you have 2 knobs 'VOL' & 'PAN'
Right-click 'PAN'
from the context menu chose 'Edit song-global automation'
This open a 'hidden' lmms-automation-feature, that quite often leads to BMP griefs, but suspect that it could be your problem too.
You have to scroll all through this window, and make sure the value is in the 0 posistion in all of the song.
