LMMS directories - Migrating from windows back to linux

I started on linux, but the pc needed an upgrade. Used a windows laptop for the last 3 years and finally upgraded my custom xubuntu distro pc. Problem is, I remember when I switched to windows I had to maunally enter each sample/vst folder for each instrument. Is there an easier way to migrate from windows back to linux, or will I have to go manual again?

Yes, you will have to copy each folders content to the new installation.

Ah man...that kinda sucks. But at least I started fresh recently so I only have 3 tracks to change directories for. So it's not that bad. Thanks for the links. Will be checking them out to get up to speed and thanks for the welcome. Enjoy the rest of your day.
