Stable or testing when upgrading

Hi there,
I a new with LMMS and I am using it under Debian 9.0. (Testing)
The question is about repository, because when I update the system I get this line:

Ign:4 http://kxstudio.linuxaudio.org/repo stable InRelease                          
Trovato:5 http://kxstudio.linuxaudio.org/repo gcc5 Release

The doubt is that I have software with stable release and system in testing.

What can I do to update properly?

The only thing i can say is here in the wiki and that is all about support for VST, witch is the most common problem in linux distros
