Description:

Speed metal

Note: The sample "drums/crash01.ogg" that ships with LMMS does not play back correctly on all versions -- the first part gets cut off in 1.0.3, plays correctly in 1.1.3, and is cut off again in 1.2.0-rc2, despite the sample being identical in all cases. The correct length is 1311 ms; if AudioFileProcessor lists its length as 923 ms instead, you should replace it with this re-encoded version I made, which seems to work correctly in all versions: http://www.mediafire.com/file/b4zjlx946c3x1ka/crash01.ogg

Sounds good, but mother of pearl, man, what's with all the basslines? XD Posted by: Etorna_Z  on 2017-05-02 18:50:11
>you are a legend you know? >100* project >10 stars********** Haha, don't flatter me too much or it'll go to my head. Thanks, though. >#You don't need to do a fucking thousand of clone of beat/bassline WTF Hey, if you know a better way to program those drums, I'm all ears. The Beat/Bassline editor is so heavily geared toward electronic-style music that this is about the best I can do while still getting the sounds I want. It's still worlds ahead of the bad old days of 0.4.5, when cloning BB tracks just didn't work and I had to copy the whole pattern by hand every time I wanted a slight variation... >I like solo part composition Thanks! I was sort of going for Slayer style on that part, but I get too stuck on melody for it to sound much like them. >ho lee crap dude this is amazing. I'm gonna use the SID Emulators more thanks to this amazing project. 666/10 Thanks. Yeah, somehow I've gotten in the habit of using SID for everything. You can get a wider range of sounds than you'd expect by using Sync and playing with the coarse detune. The bass is probably the most interesting application of it in this track. >Sounds good, but mother of pearl, man, what's with all the basslines? XD Hey, why the hell not. It's like Overkill or something, I guess? Posted by: supper66  on 2017-05-03 05:26:54
I think that beetween pianoroll and beat/bassline editor none of them is best to make a beat. We should have a new function in beat/bassline editor wich allow us to fully copy the beat bassline without deleting the beat one would have already made. Posted by: acemil  on 2017-05-03 06:52:55
Awesome project. The solo was amazing. Super impressive. Posted by: Themightybean321  on 2017-05-05 00:57:34
Not that I don't like this (it's great, worth five stars), but can you make more music like lonelywind? That is still among my favorite songs, and I've listened to hundreds of Monstercat songs! Please make more like that, it's absolutely amazing. =) Posted by: Douglas  on 2017-05-08 00:09:04
