I felt it's only responsible enough to prove myself as an artist to make art with whatever I had instead of relying on external assistance. And what a bloody ride this was.

This is Vanguard. Made only with internal LMMS samples.
(So if you don't even have access to any of them in the project file, I'll go jump off a cloud.)

Notes:
- For the love of god, I need help fixing this Soundcloud distortion problem. It's reduced since its plague on Foundations but it's still there. Any suggestions?
- Feel free to remix this if you want.

@gdd Haha, I just wanted to make it easier to download I suppose. Hopefully the quality is still great? I also saw your last comments on The Summit and I'm now eating my share of distortion information... is this mix still a bit too 'salty'? Your project is great and I enjoyed it a lot! Well done. But, "My brain exploded" and refused to define this noise as music. 🙂 "salt" + "grapefruit" 🙂 🙂 In fact, your sound problems are just what I thought. Too strong levels, poor mix ...high frequencies should never be so strong .. typically 10-20dB down I made a remix of the sound + some more changes.. much work is still needed, but so far. https://lmms.io/lsp/?action=show&file=12083 Best regards.
