They are Presets not a theme but i could upload the tar.gz file that contains them only as a theme.
By the way they are my EDM Presets for LMMS Instruments, you can use them for what you want.

@insanity54 I don't think they are saved with external plugins, but i made it a few years ago. If you can tell me the name of that vst that appear on the fx tab, i'm glad to help, but i'm just thinking that more probably you're using LMMS 1.1.3 and these are studied for LMMS 1.2.0 beta.
