i just started using lmms, or any recording software, like two days ago. In fact I just got Ubuntu the same day. I know this isn't very good but I'm figuring it out. I don't know how to open any of the files here on lmms, though. I can't access in lmms (don't know how), and I tried different ways in soundconverter, VLC, and audacitiy but can't do it. Hi, well, your Song isn't bad. I like it. You asked for "How to open Stuff in LMMS?" The best Way to open mmp or mmpz files, is, to copy them into the LMMS' project Folder, which you can find in your Name's Home-Folder (on Ubuntu - there should be a "lmms" Folder in it). After that, open them in LMMS, using the normal "|Project|Open...|" Part on top of LMMS. Some of the LMMS Song's, which you can find here, need more as the Standard Samples and Presets, that are bundeled with LMMS. Oh, and, btw. if you want to open "filename.wav" or "filename.ogg", etc. files and use them in your Project's, copy them into your LMMS' samples Folder and open them using the AudioFileProcessor Instrument.
