Sir, I think you just solved the internet. Thank you for this track. Posted by: snerk  on 2021-02-01 12:00:00
No joke, this should be featured on every LMMS tutorial. It's a lesson on the wide latitude of possibilities that are baked into TO. I will study every track of this creation with the same reverence as a biologist when they squirt science juices into test tubes. The real genius here is naming every instrument Triple Oscillator, not just 'sst,' 'tsh,' or 'blowp.' If this track was created like this, I would imagine the artist arranges things in a very efficient manner in their mind. In music, like any other creative field, you can leverage efficiency toward more creativity. It gives you the space you need to breathe, but you have to be willing to learn it. I shudder for the inevitability of pieces like this being fed through a machine learning algo that outputs similar, if not less inspired masterworks. TL;DR: This track is the definitive, freely available masterclass in LMMS that we all have been searching for. Posted by: snerk  on 2021-02-01 12:12:21
He turned the Triple Oscillator into a Native Instruments plug-in lmao. I love this track. Posted by: AwesomeSnake  on 2021-04-01 17:37:20
