What a disrespectful guy, like Roxas already said you just merged the theme https://lmms.io/lsp/?action=show&file=15060 with the style.css of https://lmms.io/lsp/?action=show&file=14763. I did merge those to see if it was true and yeah, i could only count 9 differences of which 7 were just file deletions and the other 2 were just removing the LMMS logo... The creative commons (by) license means you must give credit to the original creators, put a link to his site and indicate if you made changes in order to do "whatever you want" with their work.
