In case you want to do a delay or stereo echo you can go to the arpeggio tab in some plugins, right click, set the tempo, then copy the milliseconds into the TAP Stereo Echo effect. Oh Andrew how I wish you could just write a single short meaningful comment like all other people. By the way I tried to open one of your 7z files but I can't ;( I even used the super secret password, but it just says the file is invalid. Are you using some special program to compress your archives? Don't tell me you are using some proprietary windows software - such treachery :o Why aren't you just uploading to some cloud service like Yandex Disk instead of uploading here?
