Sti-Jay, :) I say something is loud if it is just too loud. The reason I say this is because I had to turn my volume very far down. The listener should have the option of hearing a song at a number of optional decibels (or micro-decibels). This song limits the hearer. A good volume should be halfway between max and min of volume.
