This file is not opening because its format is undefined. You need to rename it to Flat.tar.bz2 and open it with archiver. Changing to .zip or .rar formats are not helpful.Posted by: LeMustage on 2019-01-29 01:51:06

I'm telling that for helping. If the download don't work (you just get a file, not a tar.bz2), for resolve this problem, we just need to convert this file to a tar.bz2. for this, just right click on the file, click properties, and add "tar.bz2" after "Flat_", after that click "OK" and open it with Winrar ;)Posted by: CowZax_ on 2019-07-27 15:41:30
