Name: Pain of Honor.mmpz Download

This is my final, finished version of my expansion of h20's Pain of Honor, an 11-measure loop of the same name which he uploaded here on 8/1/2017. I uploaded an earlier version a couple weeks ago. In this one, I added an oboe and bell chior, and made less prominent modifications pretty much everywhere. You'll need the soundfont for the oboe, or use your own native one. For mine, you can find the "Orchestral Essentials.sf2" file here:

Bonus points for anyone who can tell me why the volume is so uneven at the beginning.

Hi, Mark
next portion .. not final :)
reduced HellVoice hiss
pause at the beginning and subsequent entry of B/B0. -> something like an intro
Replaced compresor with amplifier, but after export need to use normalize software.

You're the best, Georgi.Posted by: Mark Slatcher on 2017-09-13 14:12:07
Maybe by replacing drums without kick and bass with very good external + few finishing changes will get more well ?..
So still hear specific "zynadd+LMMS" decorated sound, but even so, this project stands out brightly over everything else with its specific Vangelis style! Great job!Posted by: gdd71 on 2017-09-13 15:36:43
It reminds me more of Andreas Vollenweider, but I agree with you. I tried switching most of the instruments to sound fonts, but the result just didn't carry the same weight, especially in that heavy beginning. I'd need to add more instruments to put back what was lost. I have to improve my sound engineering. It takes time.Posted by: Mark Slatcher on 2017-09-13 16:13:50
sound bass and solo instruments and some else in atmosphere reminds me this .. vangelis/voises/come to me :)
