Description:

First full length song made in LMMS. Draws inspiration from EDM style pop music. Tried to stick to the TrippleOscillator as much as possible... Hope you enjoy! Oh, and did someone eat a mushroom? 'Cause I can smell the sound effect from here!

@Peter F thanks! I've played with LMMS since 2014 but this is my first longer project, which I have not stolen :)Posted by: NiftySardine on 2018-07-25 08:47:35
Hi, @NiftySardine
Unfortunately, we had no idea that you played with LMMS since 2014.
What does it mean: "someone eat a mushroom" and "I have not stolen" ?

@gdd71 the mushroom refers to the super mario sound effect. I found a nice video on youtube on how to recreate the sounds. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mnSjJUC7z38

I'm thinking about putting them in a project and uploading for anyone to use... Think it's better to create the stuff "native" in LMMS than using a lot of external sound effects. Makes it easier for other people to load the songs.

And when I say this is the first song I've not "stolen" I mean either I've just played with other peoples projects or made covers on pop songs. But this is the first song I've done that's not a cover. I'll post some covers later...

The first own creativity.. 👍
"better to create the stuff "native" in LMMS" 👎
"stolen".. If you think .. life and evolution are built on a similar principle (copy, change, reject, add).
do not feel uncomfortable with this..

Great! I am not very into eletronic music, but it is light and easy to listen. Thank you!Posted by: eborchestra on 2018-09-06 06:12:49
