I'm totally new to this program, nor have I've used anything like it before. I'm as newbie as you can think of. This is my very first project and from the very first day I used this program.
In my humble opinion, for a new music producer it's best to build your song around a chord structure. A basic chord progression that has 4 or even as little as 2 chords repeating thorughout the song would be very helpful for the producer. This is a solid foundation for the song, because it forces you to follow some rules, and rules are super helpful when you don't know what you are doing. A chord structure will force you to have the rest of your instrumentation follow the chords creating a cohesive harmony. Also a chord structure is just a very simple to create element that will add repetition for your song, and make the song easier to follow.
I must say though, it was a cool beat, albeit the phone...Posted by: NiftySardine on 2019-01-18 11:41:38
