Description:

This tutorial is for you who have just begun composing. It will help you to create more harmonic music, without knowing music theory, scales or chords. The focus is on the musical aspect, and not so much on how to use LMMS.

It starts with a simple melody. You can follow along as we:
- add a bass line
- build chords
- write a melody to the chords

The only things you need to know is how to:
- add instrument presets
- write notes in piano roll
- add drum samples
- use the beat editor

The song that the tutorial is based on is called Epic Brobot and was originally made by NS0702. You can find it here on the LSP.

"In this tutorial we'll create a song from scratch without prior knowledge of scales and chords.", "I find it easier to create 4-chord song when the melody is really simple and repeating every bar.".
