Comments:
I don't get it VortexSupernova... Here you've made a beautiful piece of music, and you upload the project file so anyone can see exactly how you did and learn from it and take your work and tweak it to their own liking. But still you are so upset with people changing or using your work.... I don't get it. Isn't that the core philosophy of the LSP (and LMMS as a open source project) - that people share their work so other people can benefit from it?

I'm definitely not saying you must license your music in some other way. I just wonder why you so strongly dislike others using your work?

I get excited if I see anyone use my works. It's like a confirmation that what I made was good. And since I make no money from it, they can't "steal" anything but the credit (but most of the time they are good people and give credit). Even if they'd make the worst remix ever, I would find it flattering that they gave my work their attention.

Well, that's just my thoughts... As for your song, it is very beautiful and relaxing. Nice interesting chords, and good use of the Mallets plugin too.Posted by: NiftySardine on 2020-11-16 18:48:11
@NiftySardine it's still in beta and the project was never finished. Most of my unfinished songs were "demo only, do not use" then once finished I make them in a typical CC licensePosted by: shatterflame on 2020-11-17 03:49:35
I see... Well, that makes sense I guessPosted by: NiftySardine on 2020-11-17 18:58:35
