We are holding the first LMMS one hour challenge this saturday (19th April)! It's not a competition: there will be no winners or prizes.
This is intended to be an exciting and interesting hour for LMMS users to come together and be creative!

If you want to take part , join our IRC channel #lohc on freenode at 8:00pm (20:00) UTC on 19th April (2014)where a download link to a project file will be provided.
From then until 9:00pm (21:00) UTC you will have time to make up your song using the project file (parts must be recognisable) and upload to Soundcloud. goo.gl/V2hw92

The track on Soundcloud has to be called “LMMS OHC#1 - [your name]”. Your tracks will be submitted in a SoundCloud group - https://soundcloud.com/groups/lmms-ohc - and added to a playlist.

If you don’t use SoundCloud®, you can upload your track to a free storage service such as Dropbox®, Skydrive®, Google Drive®, Zippyshare®, and provide a link for the moderators. If you are unsure about how to do this, ask the moderators and your track will be uploaded. The moderators will upload your track with your name for you.

Everyone has to use the provided project file (or sample) as the base.
The melody and chords should be recognizable somewhere in your entry.
As soon as we provide the base project, the hour is running.
External Drumkits and free VSTs are permitted.
After the hour is over, every participant should have uploaded their track on Soundcloud.
Small delays will be tolerated. Slowpokes will be denounced.
